Virginia Carabez

As a passionate speech pathologist and the co-founder of Inner West Paediatrics, I have dedicated my career to supporting children with various complex communication needs. Since graduating from the University of Sydney, I have gained extensive experience in diverse settings including NGOs, private practice, and early intervention. My work is driven by the belief that early intervention is crucial for giving children the best start in life and that every child can continue to develop and grow to realise their dreams. I have a particular interest in Autism and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and I love using child-led therapy approaches to support children with a variety of disabilities. My goal is to work closely with families to achieve their goals by creating a warm and supportive environment. I am committed to empowering families to make the best decisions for their children and striving to provide high-quality care and support in our work together.
